Data Deletion Instructions
How to request deletion of your data from Enermax Resources services and apps.
You can ask for all of your data processed by any Enermax Resources website, app or service to be deleted, including data from Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp Business or other platforms.
How to request deletion
- Email enermax.res@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion".
- Include your name, the related account name or ID (for example, your Facebook or Instagram name, or WhatsApp phone number) and, if known, the service or Page involved.
- We will delete your related data within 30 days and confirm by email.
Remove Facebook app access
If you have logged in to any of our apps with Facebook: Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → select the app → Remove. This stops the app from accessing your account.
To stop receiving WhatsApp messages from a business we manage, reply "STOP" in that chat. To delete your messages and phone number from our systems, email us as above and include your WhatsApp phone number. Messages already on your phone can be deleted directly in the WhatsApp app.
Instagram → Settings → Apps and websites → select the app → Remove.
Automatic deletion
Even without a request, data is kept only as long as needed. For example, social media comments and WhatsApp messages are deleted automatically after 90 days.
