Terms of Service
Terms that apply to all Enermax Resources services and apps.
This document applies to all websites, apps, automation systems and digital services built or operated by Enermax Resources (Reg. No. 001990554-V) ("we", "us"), including apps connected to third-party platforms such as Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp (including the WhatsApp Business Platform / Cloud API), Telegram and Google (collectively, the "Services").
Use of the Services
By using the Services, you agree to these terms. Some Services are only available to users or clients we have given access to.
Your responsibilities
- Comply with applicable laws and the terms of connected platforms, such as the Facebook Terms, Meta Platform Terms, Instagram Terms of Use and WhatsApp Business Terms.
- Make sure the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to use it.
- Keep your account access secure.
- Do not misuse the Services for spam, fraud or unlawful content.
WhatsApp Business and messaging
- Business clients must obtain valid opt-in before sending WhatsApp messages to anyone, and must honour opt-out requests promptly.
- Clients are responsible for the templates and messages sent in their name and must comply with the WhatsApp Business Terms, WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and WhatsApp Commerce Policy.
- Unsolicited bulk messaging, spam or content prohibited by WhatsApp policies is not allowed.
- Conversation charges billed by Meta for the WhatsApp Business Platform are handled according to the agreement with each client.
AI-generated and automated content
Some Services use AI and automation to generate replies or content. Although approval controls are in place, we do not guarantee every output is fully accurate. Account or Page owners remain responsible for content published in their name.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached. You may stop using the Services at any time, including by removing app access in the settings of the related platform.
Limitation of liability
The Services are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, third-party service interruptions or data loss resulting from use of the Services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
